 These healthy energy bites are made only with good for you real food ingredients and are refined sugar complimentary! They brand the perfect afternoon snack for a good for you energy boost.

Healthy Energy Bites

This is literally the 3rd recipe for these kind of poly peptide or energy bites I've tried. To be honest, I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the starting time few tries. But, I got this recipe at a fun coming together with the ladies in my Farr West challenge group and roughshod in honey. I just made 1 modest tweak to the chocolate ingredient and I am excited to share them with you!

They are and then yummy and take rapidly go a favorite afternoon snack for me and the kids. All you have to do is throw all of the ingredients in the blender!

Whatever you do, don't roll almost of the dough into weirdly dry bites only to to realize yous forgot to add the honey and vanilla. You'll exist super sad when y'all have to remix and start over. Not that I would know. 😉

Healthy Energy Bites

  • 1 cup erstwhile fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 1.5 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more than)
  • ½ loving cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ loving cup dearest
  • ane tsp vanilla
  1. Grind oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, almonds, and dark chocolate in a blender until they have a flour like texture. I use and dearest my Blendtec blender.
  2. In a medium basin or stand mixer, combine the moisture and powdered ingredients. Mix well and then use a heaping 1 teaspoon measuring spoon to scoop out each serving and course into a ball. Forming the bites takes some time, then recruit older children, significant others, or roommates to help.
  3. Store uneaten bites in a sealed container in the refrigerator of up to a few weeks.
